• Prices can be converted in HKD, TWD, CNY, SGD, MYR or any other of your local currency during the payment procedure.

• Payment must be made using a valid credit card or by PayPal. ASIA | Logo-Asia.com also accept payment by Wire Transfer or Western Union. If you prefer to use other method of payment, please email us for details.

• Full payment must be verified before design work is undertaken.

• When payment has been verified the client will be sent a confirmation email, marking the beginning of the design process. This will normally occur within one business day.

• All interaction occurs over the Internet.

• Your initial variations will be ready in 2 days, depending on the complexity of your project.

• Depending on the package you choose, 2 to 10 designers will work on your project.

• Depending on the package you choose, Your first draft include 5 to 10 initial logo designs.

• Depending on the package you choose, We provide 2 to 10 logo design redraws.

• Logo Asia | Logo-Asia.com will deliver unlimited revisions of your project until you are 100% satisfied.

• Revision cycles take 24 (or less) to 48 hours to complete, depending on the complexity of your requested changes.

• Client shall have 1 month to respond to each set of concepts / revisions submitted to Client for review. If we do not hear back from client for more than 1 month, Logo Asia | Logo-Asia.com will assume the Project complete and the Project shall be deemed to be complete.

• Some projects are completed in two days while others can take months to complete.

We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back. There is a $48 administration fee for all refunds. Refunds can only be issued for orders paid by credit card or PayPal.

Pleaase note: Refunds will NOT be provided under the following conditions:

• If you have approved your logo;

• If you have requested revisions or redraws;

• If the company we are designing the logo for, goes out of business, changes their name, or changes their line of work;

• If the project closes for any reason unrelated to our design;

• If we do not hear back from you for more than 1 month.

• Each package include ONE final logo only

• The design process will terminate when the client gives final approval of a logo design or stationery design. This will normally be done by email.

• Upon completion of your logo design project, Your final logo will be zipped and sent to you by email.

• Once the final package has been sent, no further revision / redraw available.

• Logo Asia | Logo-Asia.com will keep your file indefinitely.
If you need a replacement copy please contact us at info@Logo-Asia.com and we will email you a copy in a timely manner.

• On completion of the design process, the ownership and copyright of the final logo and stationery is automatically transferred to the client. Unapproved draft logo designs shall remain the copyright of Logo Asia | Logo-Asia.com.

• Logo Asia | Logo-Asia.com keep the rights to put approved logo and stationery in Logo Asia's website for example.
