Does it matter that we may be in different countries?
Absolutely not! It does not matter where you are because we are working online via the internet so our interactions will be fast and easy. Also, We can create your logo in any foreign language, Chinese, Japanese, even Arabic language!
Will a multicolor logo cost more? Any hidden charges?
No, we will not limit the number of colors, and there are no hidden charges. The price of the package that you choose is the price you pay.
Should i pay 100% upfront?
Yes. Design is a special product, the design concept can be copied easily. So full payment is required to begin the design process.
What's the difference between REVISION and REDRAW?
Revision means to make change to the existing designs, Redraw means to create a totally new design.
How long will it take to receive my logo?
Once we receive your completed order form and full payment, you will receive first draft logo designs within 48 hours. Each revision round takes 24-48 hours and the final design depends on revision rounds you need.
How will I receive my final design documents?
Normally we send the final design documents via email, however special requests can be downloaded from the internet.
Who will own the copyright of the final logo?
You will! Everything is yours outright once we have received your full payment so you are then free to register and copyright it. We do however keep the rights to display it in our logo gallery as an example of our work.
What formats will I receive my final logo in?
Your logo will be created in multiple formats:

High-Res Bitmap Files for Printing:

Bitmap Files for Web:

Almost all commercial printing companies use these file types to produce professional quality printing results. If you need some other format, please let us know and we'll be happy to deliver them along with your logo package at no additional cost.
What if I loose my copy of the document?
Logo Asia | Logo-Asia.com keeps the file indefinitely! If you need a copy please contact us at info@Logo-Asia.com and we will email you a copy.
